Why use a recruiter?
Recruiters have their fingers on the pulse of the job market. We try to be aware of who’s hiring and who’s not. It is in our best interest and yours, to know what is happening with salaries, unemployment and hiring trends, specifically in the local economy. A good recruiter will manage your expectations and will be honest and upfront about the entire process.

Make yourself marketable!

  1. What makes a good resume? Be extremely detailed with your work experience and don’t leave out key words. Don’t be afraid to make it longer than one page but try not to waste space with your margins.
  2. Redefine yourself. If you are currently unemployed, build a great resume and send it out! Passively seeking or confidentially browsing for a new opportunity, find a good recruiter you can trust!
  3. Network! It’s a fact that it’s not always about what you know, but who you know! The more you get out and meet new people, the better your odds are of a chance meeting turning into a fortuitous opportunity!
  4. Create an online identity (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and use it to the fullest!
